Make Money Fast - Are You Easily Recognizable?

by Brian Lett

Have you made it your mission to make money fast? If so, I encourage your to build your personal brand in your niche market. Branding one’s self can be done in a number of manners. For instance, you can choose to communicate to your niche via a blog, so that your thoughts can be read. You also can choose to do so with podcasts, so that people can hear your voice. Not to mention video is also a great option. This allows people to both see and hear you. Whichever means of communication you choose, just realize that the end goal does not change. Your goal is to show your niche market that you have something unique to offer, which will not be offered by anyone else in this field. This is how you will make money fast.

If you think that personal branding is something which came about once the Internet became a fixture in our lives, think again. This is something which has existed for decades. Athletes, actors, talk show hosts, and especially presidential candidates brand themselves. If you recall the 2008 USA Presidential Election, John McCain branded himself as a “Maverick”, and Candidate Obama branded himself as an, “Agent For Change”. Prior to that during the battle between then Candidate Obama, and Candidate Hillary Clinton for the Democratic Nomination, Candidate Clinton branded herself as a “Fighter”. My point is that when branding yourself, you are attempting to gain the label of being a leader who is able to offer something to your target group. What you are offering is a chance to be successful. Others are drawn to you because you represent success, and what they want to achieve.

I am not sure if this has become evident to you yet, but the number one thing that branding does for you, is create trust between you and your target market. When you become popular, people feel as though they know you personally. Now who would you trust to make a purchase from more, someone who you have never met, or someone who you feel as though you know personally? Well, the answer is clear. Everyone feels more comfortable buying something from someone who they trust.

I would be remiss if I simply assumed that everyone who is reading this article is 100% on board with personal branding. The fact of the matter is that I am certain that many of you feel as though you just do not have the ability or time to take on such a feat. Therefore, you either have already stopped reading this article, or you will read it and forget about it, looking for the next avenue to make money fast. To these individuals, if you are still reading, what you are doing is making excuses. Excuses are a great way to avoid accomplishing anything. By avoiding making excuses and rather taking action, you will have already proven to be unique from others in your niche.

However, please do not get the impression that I am attempting to convey that branding yourself will be a simple feat. To the contrary, you will have to put in a good amount of time and effort. However, I can assure you that most who put forth this sort of effort and time commitment find it a very enjoyable challenge. While everyone wants to make money fast, if you just allow yourself to take the focus off of money, the money will come to you. Focus on branding yourself and having fun helping other people.

All in all, the purpose of this article was to convey the importance of branding, and illustrate how and why it occurs. The truth is that the majority of people who wish to make money fast will come to the conclusion that branding is not for them. This is quite alright. However, for those who can see the value of personal branding, I encourage you to take the focus off of making money fast, and place the focus on being a leader in your niche market. When you show people how to achieve success, they will repay you.

An Explanation of AdSense

by Justin Harrison

While you wait for people to view your web site, you should consider using AdSense to display a few ads within you site. Connecting ads with your site theme will have the ability to get you some more income from you site. Although the use of keywords is important, don’t overdo it. Place keywords in the text, so that AdSense will recognize and create an ad placing it directly on your site.

Obviously, when using this technique you want to squeeze as much money as possible out of it. In order to do this, you must understand how the advertisements are administered by Google. When you have this information you can weave your words and magically create a successful relationship between your web page and AdSense, generating more and more income.

How your web site factors out from your main idea, will result in accordance with the way Google AdSense is programmed to place it’s products within your site. When using these advertisements, Google is also trying to help you more by identifying and acknowledging the main topic of your site.

When you are designing your web page. Try not to write on tangents that are not in perfect agreement with your main objective. If you need to, make an outline first, to entwine other sub catogories into your main subject. Sticking to the main subject as much as possible, will help ensure Google places the correct advertisements on your page, that associate directly with your objective.

Use a popular format when publishing your website. This not only appeals to the visitor, it makes it simple for Google to pick up and use the correct keywords.

When you are all finished with your web page and you have added AdSense into your mixture for making money on-line, it is not chisled in stone. It is possible you may have a strike of creativity that you need to add. You are able to do this, to stretch the money making margin just a little more. Just be sure to follow the procedure set forth by Google AdSense, this method will help you, but if you disobey the guidelines it could ruin your chances of increasing profits.

Read This Before You Order a New Brunswick Nuans Report

by Holly Crosgrey

The New Brunswick Nuans Name Search report has seven pages. The report is created from the Canadian name search system called Nuans. The Nuans name search system compares a proposed name for a New Brunswick corporation with the names registered in the Nuans database which contains all of the names that are currently registered across Canada with some small exceptions.

You must obtain an New Brunswick Name Search for the proposed name you intend to use for your New Brunswick company at the time you incorporate in the province of New Brunswick. The New Brunswick Nuans name search report allows the New Brunswick government to determine whether your name is available prior to granting you the right to incorporate your company.

You will also be required to provide a New Brunswick Nuans report when you are registering a business name on behalf of a New Brunswick company (already registered), a New Brunswick partnership and when registering a New Brunswick sole proprietorship. You should realize that the New Brunswick government takes great care in ensuring that a proposed name is quite different from other names registered and it is important that you chose a name that is very different from others already registered anywhere in Canada. It is advisable to perform a preliminary name search before ordering your New Brunswck Nuans name search report. A preliminary name search will give you an idea whether the name has been taken or is in use by another company or person and what competition you have for the name. It would not be a good idea to just order a New Brunswick name search without checking to see if the name is available because once the search is ordered there is a cost. If the New Brunswick Nuans report shows a conflict it will be too late and you will need to order another search after you pick another business name. To avoid this cost you perform a preliminary name search. The New Brunswick government compares not only the names already registered in New Brunswick but names that have been registered right across Canada.

Prior to obtaining your New Brunswick Nuans report you must first ascertain whether the name that you wish to use is available. This is done by having a search house perform a preliminary name search. The normal practice is for the search house to perform the preliminary name search as part of the service when ordering a full New Brunswick Nuans name search report. Watch out for companies that charge a separate fee for the preliminary name search when ordering a full report. The only time you should pay for a preliminary name search is in a case where you do not want to order a full search would be in a case where you are registering a trade name and a Nuans is not required. New Brunswick requires all registrations, i.e. incorporations, business name registrations, sole proprietorship registrations and partnership registrations to be accompanied by a New Brunswicks Nuans name search report. Look for a service that will perform the preliminary name search as part of the cost of ordering your New Brunswick Nuans report.

If you are registering an New Brunswick corporation, you will be required to have a legal element in your name (explained below) but for other registrations such as sole proprietorships, business names and partnerships this will not be necessary.

Outlined below is a breakdown of the elements of a corporation name which principles can be used for business names as well with the exception of the legal element.

When deciding on a name for your corporation, you should consider three aspects of the name: (1) the Distinctive Element of the name (2) the Descriptive Element on the name, and (3) the Legal Element of the name. If the name you would like to register is “Gandhi Carpentry Inc. , the distinctive element is the word “Gandhi”, which is distinctive because it is a last name of a person. Another example of a distinctive element in a corporate name might be “Grandville” as in “Grandville Garden Supplies Ltd.” which is distinctive because it describes a location. “Starlight Contracting Services Corp.” has the distinctive word “Starlight” in it to make it stand out from other contracting service companies.

The descriptive element describes the type of business. In “Jones Graphics Design Inc.”, the descriptive element is “Graphics Design” which describes the nature of business. In “Toronto Carpeting Ltd.” the descriptive element is “Carpeting” which describes the type of products this business sells. “House Cleaning Services” is the descriptive element for “Jenet’s House Cleaning Corp.”.

The Legal Element in the name Mining Resources Inc. is the word “Inc.” which is a mandatory ending which recognizes the name as the name of a company. Any company registered in Canada must have one the following endings: “Inc.”, “Incorporated”, “Ltd.”, “Limited”, “Corp.”, “Corporation” and the French equivalents of “Ltee.” “Limitee”, “Inc.” (same in English and French) or “Incorporee”, The Legal Element indicates that the name relates to a company rather than to a business name, partnership or sole proprietorship.

A reputable search house will take the time to try and clear your name by performing as many preliminary name searches as are required to clear your name. Notwithstanding this, the government examiners have different points of view and different methods of clearing names which is not always evident at the time of performing a preliminary name search. Your proposed name could still be rejected even though the search house took the time to check. There is just no guarantee but performing a preliminary name search cuts down the odds that your name will be rejected by the New Brunswick government.
